“My wife and I planned to move, and we started looking for houses by ourselves online. We even went and looked at some homes on our own. But after a while, we enlisted the help of Jennifer Cloud, of Prominus Realty, LLC. And are we glad we did. Jenny is such a super Realtor, it was obvious from the first day, that we had made the right decision. “There is not enough time, nor space here, to share all of the great things about Jennifer Cloud. Jen helped my husband and I find our house in Lake Highlands and sell our old house in the Urban Reserve this year. As a commercial real estate attorney, I didn't necessarily need to hire a realtor but Jen's expertise in the market and legal acumen make her an unbeatable asset to have on your side. What I loved about working with Jen is that she always had a solution or workaround to offer to help move negotiations forward so that we were able to secure the offers we wanted (both on the buyer and seller side) quickly. Jennifer was amazing to work with! Not only was she incredibly responsive and detail-oriented throughout our home-buying and selling process, but she also went above and beyond when it came to a title issue on our new home. (She went to the Dallas library and did some legal research to ensure our title policy didn’t have an exemption related to the set back. Even the title company said they’d never had a relator do that before). We are so grateful we worked with Jen and could not recommend her more highly!
