We would highly recommend Jen to our friends and family. First and foremost, she was someone we could trust to tell us the truth and give her honest opinion. As first time home buyers, it was important to have someone who would guide us through the process and look out for us and Jen was exactly that. Even though I’m sure we were annoying with all our questions and concerns, Jen was always available to chat and answer questions and never made us feel like we were a burden. We appreciated how she was always responsive, day and night and on weekends. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and to guide us through the process. She made sure that everything got done in time which was much more difficult during COVID. Looking for and buying a house can be stressful and overwhelming but Jen definitely made the whole process smoother and more fun and she reminded us to enjoy it. Jen has a lot of expertise in real estate and can give you an honest assessment of a house. She walked around with us and let us know what she thought about the value, any foundation issues, etc. She also is well connected in the industry and knows many people who can help you through the process. With Jen, it feels like you’re gaining a friend who is looking out for your interests and is willing to help out with recommendations and advice even after you’ve closed and moved in. We would definitely recommend Jen and we’re very appreciative that she helped us buy our first home!
