After deciding to move to the Dallas area and before speaking to anyone, we didn’t think buying a house to move into was in our timeline, which was around a month. Then we spoke to Jennifer and she confidently assured us that was not too far fetched. She referred me to a great local lender that we used. Oh and everything remotely as as we currently resided out of state. We never thought we would purchase a house by video tour, but we crossed that off the list. Jennifer led the way in this new way of house hunting. She walked us through the process step by step. Excellent knowledge of the local, current market, which led us to winning a contract on a house in a very competitive market, as a result meeting our goal of moving into our own place when we move. I’m usually not compelled enough to right a review on anything, as most of the time the service received is average. But that’s not the case with Jennifer, she strives to live up to her motto, “expect more from your realtor”. She 100% has your best interest in mind, never felt pressured to go one way or another.
